I bought all 3 bands and this is a really great set. The black heavy resistance band is REALLY strong and definitely not for newbies or even intermediate. They have a HORRIBLE smell when you take them out of the bag but I left them on my tile floor for a few days and they aired out without making anything else in my house smell. They have grippy strips on the inside of all three bands. — If my review was helpful please 👍 it so I can get points 🙂
