I got an XL but I usually range from M-XL depending on if the material is tight. I expected this to be more of a tshirt material like other “sweatshirts” on ROMWE but it’s actually a sweatshirt material just slightly thinner. definently recommend this one, though I would stay true to your normal sizing and not size up (unless you want an oversized one) the inside is lined with fleece too and it’s so soft
